A new revelation has been made in the case of the conspiracy to blow up and derail the Kalindi Express train in Kanpur, UP. A box of sweets filled with gunpowder has been found at the place where this incident took place. In this case, the statement of the shop owner in whose name this box was located has also come to light.

According to the report, that box of sweets belongs to Siyaram Sweets of Chhibramau, Kannauj. Regarding this, the sweet shop owner said that the police came in the morning and inquired and took the DVR of the CCTV camera in their possession and are engaged in its investigation.

Let us tell you that at the place where this train accident happened, gunpowder was found in the box of Chhibramau Siyaram Mithai Sweets. A gas cylinder was placed on the track and a complete conspiracy was hatched to derail the Kalindi Express. Now UP ATS is investigating the matter.

On the night of 8th September at around 8:30 pm, Kalindi Express going from Prayagraj to Bhiwani on Anwarganj-Kasganj railway line collided with an LPG cylinder placed on the railway track. This accident happened between Barrajpur and Bilhaur station. The loco pilot had told that he had seen some suspicious thing on the track, after which he applied brakes but the train collided with the cylinder. Let us tell you that a bottle filled with petrol was also found nearby.

UP ATS suspects Jamaat

UP ATS suspects Jamaat regarding this incident. Therefore, ATS has included Jamaatis in the scope of its investigation. Apart from this, preparations are being made to investigate this incident from the terrorist angle as National Investigation Agency (NIA) has also entered the case. NIA has contacted Kanpur Police and obtained information about this entire case.

Earlier, Intelligence Bureau (IB) and UP ATS were also investigating this case. Police has also formed five teams for investigation. Suspects have been called to the police station for questioning.
