Growing up, you must have heard and said this sentence many times. “What’s in a name,” that’s what we call the line. This line comes from the mouth of the famous writer Shakespeare. But now the exposure of such a case will surprise you, and at the same time you will understand the importance of names in life. Because of a name, the relationship between husband and wife reached the point of divorce. Well, thankfully, thanks to the wisdom of the courts, this divorce did not happen and a settlement was reached between the two. Let us provide you with complete information about this matter.
Relationship between husband and wife is ruined by name
The case we are talking about is from the Mysore region, which started 2021 with momentum. According to the English newspaper “Times of India”, a child was born in 2021 at the home of the Hunsur couple in Mysore. Thereafter, the mother-of-one began calling her son “Adi.” But the child’s name is not officially registered anywhere. The child’s father didn’t like the name and that’s how it started. The two got into an argument over the name. In fact, the husband wanted his son’s name to reflect Lord Shani’s name. The dispute over the name lasted for two years.
The matter was brought to court
The issue over her son’s name escalated so badly that the woman filed a court case under Article 125 of the Convention on the Rights of the Child. But the court eventually led to a settlement between the two. Soumya MN, the assistant government lawyer in court, made some suggestions that the couple might like. Thereafter, the couple agreed that the child’s name should be “Aryavardhan”. Last Saturday, in Hunsur, a 3-year-old child was named Aryavardhan with everyone’s consent. After that, the couple forgot about their quarrel and reconciled.
