A heartbreaking incident occurred in Nanded district of Maharashtra. Here, a policeman shot and killed his wife. Immediately after the incident, Afzal Pathan himself went to the village police station to surrender. Subsequently, the police rushed to the scene to conduct an investigation. The police have collected evidence at the scene and summoned a forensic team to find out the real reason for the murder.
The incident took place around 6:30 pm on Wednesday at Ideal Colony Dhanegaon in Nanded. Afzal Pathan, who lived here, was posted as an assistant police inspector (ASI) at the city’s Airport police station. Afzal killed his wife with his official gun. After committing the crime, Afzal Pathan went to the police station and surrendered to the police.

It is not clear what the reason behind the murder was. The police are investigating why they took such measures. This incident caused a sensation. The South De Rural Police is investigating the incident. The mental condition of the police officer, family disputes or other reasons are being investigated.
Regarding this incident, Nanded Superintendent of Police Abhinash Kumar said that the matter is being thoroughly investigated and the truth behind the murder will soon come to light. The police are interrogating other family members and neighbors to understand the reasons for the murder.
