Investigating police have extended the probe into the case of AQIS (Al Qaeda in the Indian Subcontinent) Jharkhand module. The Delhi High Court extended the inquiry period. The Delhi High Court has allowed an application seeking extension in the investigation by Delhi Police. The Delhi High Court has given 90 days to the Delhi Police to complete the investigation and let us tell you that the matter is related to the AQIS Jharkhand module and the special team is investigating the module. Previously, the trial court refused to extend the investigation period.

The case was heard before a division bench of Justices Pratibha M. Singh and Amit Sharma on Thursday. During the hearing, a petition asking the Delhi Police to complete the investigation within 90 days was allowed.
