A part of the under construction bridge connecting Aguani Ghat to Khagaria in Sultanganj, Bihar collapsed again today. This bridge being built on river Ganga has collapsed for the third time, after which politics has intensified in the state. Now independent MP from Purnia Pappu Yadav has even demanded death penalty for the people of the construction company in this case. Let us tell you that this bridge is being built at a cost of about Rs 2 thousand crores.
Regarding this, Purnia MP Pappu Yadav has fiercely attacked the Bihar government and the company SP Singla which is constructing the bridge. He said that SP Singla company should be hanged. The owner of SP Singla company has looted a lot.
Pappu Yadav raised questions on government and contractor
Pappu Yadav, who was furious at the news of bridge collapse, said that this company has looted so much that all the bridges in Patna are falling. After this, these people formed separate companies and gave tender to SP Singla Company.
Pappu Yadav said, ‘The Secretary and Minister of the Bridge Corporation have committed mischief in this. The Bridge Corporation Secretary has stolen the most. Within 20 years, all the Secretaries of Bridge Corporation, Secretaries of PWD, Secretaries of RWD should be investigated and sent to jail.
Will raise bridge issue in Lok Sabha: Pappu
Purnia MP said that there should be a complete investigation in this matter at any cost, I promise that I will not let the Lok Sabha run against the SP Singla company and will go to the High Court and Supreme Court against the company. Pappu Yadav has demanded from the Bihar government that all the tenders received by SP Singla Company in the state should be canceled and an investigation should be conducted against the company by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).
