A surprising case has come to light in New Jersey, America. Here a man tried to perform obscene acts with the cabin crew on an American airline flight. Not only this, the passenger also tried to open the plane door in the flying flight.
According to the New York Post report, Eric Nicholas Gapko (26) of New Jersey was aboard an American Airlines flight from Seattle to Dallas. When the plane was in the middle of the sky, he started behaving strangely. Gapko took off his shirt and proposed to a flight attendant. Not only this, Gapco also started expressing his desire to establish relations with the cabin crew.
A video of this incident has also surfaced, in which the accused is seen shouting. It is seen in the video that GAPCO is behaving in a very aggressive manner. On the contrary, the flight crew members are trying to calm him down.
In the video of the incident that has surfaced, Gapko is seen shouting. He is shouting loudly, ‘I am intelligent! I’m wiser!’ In another video, Gapko is telling people that they are trying to hurt him. Further in the video, it is seen that a group of people have gathered around the bathroom and Gapco has locked himself from inside.
As the commotion increased, the cabin crew as well as passengers came forward to control GAPCO. Taking the matter into their own hands, they tied Gapko’s hands and legs with flexible ropes. Another video shows a shirtless Gapko being led down a corridor with his hands tied.
After this uproar, the plane was taken to Salt Lake City International Airport. Gapko was arrested after landing here. However, he continued his unruly behavior at the airport as well; he even broke the glass door of the detention room.
Apart from the charges of interfering with the flight crew and attempting to damage the aircraft, Gapko is also accused of damaging a prison and assaulting an officer. Prosecutors allege that Gapko consumed approximately 10 marijuana edibles before the flight. He also tried to give pills to another passenger.
