Mangesh Yadav Encounter Controversy: According to Uttar Pradesh Police, the number of accused who robbed Bharat Jewelers showroom in Sultanpur was 14. Out of which 3 people have been arrested. The criminal who was said to be the mastermind of this case surrendered himself. While Mangesh Yadav was killed in an encounter. So the question in such a situation is where are the remaining 9 people? Actually, ‘Aaj Tak’ had already revealed that four of these people were picked up by STF. But their arrest was not shown. But 24 hours after the disclosure of this news on ‘Aaj Tak’, the police has shown the arrest of those four people.

Apart from Mangesh, STF had picked up four people
This is the story of those four boys who are probably still alive because the truth about Mangesh Yadav has come out. Otherwise it was quite possible that they too would have been killed in an encounter by now.

According to information received from sources, along with Mangesh Yadav, the STF had picked up four more boys in connection with the same robbery. They were identified as Vimal Singh, Vivek Singh, Vinay Shukla and Anuj Pratap Singh. Out of these, Vimal and Vivek are the brothers of the same Vipin Singh, who is said to be the mastermind of the robbery at Bharat Jewelers.

STF’s plan failed
Among these, Vinay Shukla’s family members are giving evidence of his abduction on camera. As per their plan, STF had abducted these four, and after an encounter, they would have shown their arrest dead or alive. But then Mangesh Yadav’s encounter came into the headlines. Due to Mangesh’s family’s claims, questions started being raised on the encounter. In such a situation, STF’s plan failed.

The local police was avoiding showing the arrest
According to sources, in view of the changed circumstances, the STF now wanted to show the arrest of these four people who were already in custody in some police station of Sultanpur. But the problem arose that the local police backed out from detaining these four i.e. showing their arrest. The local police said that they will detain these four i.e. arrest them only on the condition that this arrest is shown by the STF.

Impact of the news of ‘Aaj Tak’
But the STF itself wanted to avoid this. Because after the family members come forward, it will be difficult for the STF to answer that when the four were picked up several days ago, then why are they showing their arrest now. After this news was shown on ‘Aaj Tak’ on Tuesday, the effect was that on Wednesday the police officially showed their arrest.

Encounter or murder?
Let us tell you that when Bharat Jewelers was robbed in Sultanpur district of UP on the afternoon of 28th August, was Mangesh Yadav also among the robbers? Was Mangesh Yadav one of the five robbers captured in the CCTV camera of the showroom? If this is the case then how is it possible that Mangesh Yadav was robbing the showroom at that time and at the same time he was present with his sister in her school, about 90 kilometers away from Sultanpur.

And the biggest question is that how was Mangesh Yadav sleeping comfortably at his home even after getting the news of the encounter of his three companions. This is the reason why this case has now come to stand between encounter and murder.
