The accused took him to Shiv Resort and made him drink cold drinks mixed with narcotics.

The victim fell unconscious after drinking a cold drink. The defendant raped her and filmed her obscene videos while raping her. The defendant continued to blackmail the victim through the videos. In this case, the distressed victim told her family about it. Based on the report of the family, the police opened a case for investigation and arrested the suspect.

Government lawyer Roshan Deen Khan said that the police submitted a charge sheet to the court in this case. A total of 14 witnesses appeared in the court to testify in this case. 29 documents were also submitted in the court. Obscene videos of the victim and many objectionable items were found in the accused’s mobile phone. Based on this, the court found the accused guilty and sentenced him to life imprisonment to death.

Besides, he was also fined Rs 33,000. Considering the seriousness of the case, the court has granted financial assistance to the victim. Besides, an order was also made to pay Rs 5 lakh to the victim. Rs 33,000 recovered from the accused as financial penalty will also be given to the victim and his family.
