Delegations from both parties arrived at the Parliament Street police station after a scuffle broke out between the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Congress in Makkaduwa, Parliament. First, Anurag Thakur, Bansuri Swaraj and Hemang Joshi, the BJP MPs from Vadodara at 1 p.m. Arrive directly from Parliament at Parliament Street Police Station around 30 minutes. On the other hand, injured MPs Pratap Sarangi and Mukesh Rajput are undergoing treatment at RML Hospital. Sarangi was injured on the forehead and Mukesh Rajput was injured on the back of the head.

To lodge a complaint in this regard, the three BJP MPs came to the office of New Delhi district DCP Devesh Mahala located inside the police station premises. Met for about an hour and a half and made my complaint. Vadodara MP Hemang Joshi filed a complaint on behalf of the BJP and directly blamed Rahul Gandhi in his complaint.

What did MP Anurag Thakur say?

And 115 is voluntarily causing harm. 117- Intentionally causing serious injury. 125- Acts endangering the life or personal safety of others. Article 131: Use of criminal force. 351 – Criminal intimidation. Section 3(5) is the general intention of the Indian Judicial Code.

What did Congress say in its complaint?

The BJP’s complaint is directly against Rahul Gandhi. On the other hand, the parliamentary delegation also arrived at the Parliament Street Police Station at around 3:30 pm. At that time, Digvijay Singh, Rajeev Shukla, Pramod Tiwari, Mukul Wasnik, Imran Pratapgarhi and Varsha Gaikwad from the Congress party reached the police station and lodged a complaint. At that time, the BJP delegation was filing a complaint at the DMK office. Congress ACP Ajay Kumar heard the complaint from the Congress delegation.

About 15 minutes into the meeting, the congressional delegation left the police station after submitting a written complaint. In its complaint, the Congress party accused the BJP legislators of deliberately blocking and pushing them. In its complaint, the Congress party said this was a conspiracy by the BJP. We had to march peacefully from the Ambedkar statue to the Makkar dwarf to protest, but we were not allowed to do so.

SC/ST Act should also be implemented

Not only that, why are the BJP MPs holding sticks in their hands, this is a big conspiracy. Mallikarjun Khage was deliberately pushed down. Therefore, both his knees were injured and the SC/ST Act should also be imposed for Haq’s misdeeds. When the Congress delegation left the police station to lodge the complaint, the BJP MP was sitting in the DMK office. The congressional delegation left the police station about half an hour later.
