Rajasthan News: A woman from Alwar district eloped with her lover. The woman’s husband had gone to Haridwar to collect Kanwar. As soon as information about his wife’s disappearance was received, the husband returned home after giving his Kanwar to his friend in Delhi. Then it came to light that the wife also took away Rs 1.5 lakh kept in the house.
A young man living in a village in Raini town of Alwar had gone to Haridwar in Uttarakhand with his friends to take Kanwar. His disabled father, wife and his son were at home. When the young man left the house, he asked his wife to take care of his father. But the wife ran away from home.
The father informed about the matter on phone to the son who had gone to collect Kanwar. At that time the young man was returning to Alwar via Delhi, but as soon as he got information about the matter, the young man gave his Kanwar to his friends and he immediately reached Alwar. Here he came to know that his wife had eloped with her lover. The victim informed the police about the matter. The police have registered an FIR in the matter and started investigation.
The young man told that the wife has taken gold and silver jewelery and about Rs 1.5 lakh with herself from home. The youth told the police that Rs 1.5 lakh had been collected in the village for the Kavad programme. The young man had given the money to his wife to keep. When all the people returned to the village after taking Kanwad, a program was to be organised, money was collected for it.

Raini Deputy SP Manish Meena is investigating the case. The DSP said that the woman is an adult and has gone with her lover of her own free will.
Alwar Superintendent of Police Anand Sharma said that investigation is going on in this regard. The woman ran away from the house with jewelery and money. In such a situation, the work of tracing the location of the woman is going on. Also, a woman is being searched on the basis of inquiries from people in this regard.
