The crime branch is currently preparing to issue alert notices against Shubham Lonkar and Shivkumar, the absconding accused in the Siddiqui shootout case. This way, if there is a defendant anywhere in the country, he or she can be caught as quickly as possible. Currently, the crime branch is contacting all clues in the case and trying to find out how the gunman shot Baba that day. A theory has emerged about this.
Crime branch investigation revealed that Shubham Lonkar’s arrested brother Praveen Lonkar had transferred Rs 60,000 to the account of another arrested accused Harish Nishad and purchased a second-hand bicycle for Rs 32,000. The biggest evidence against Praveen’s arrest was his direct involvement in the conspiracy.

The matter was confirmed and the Crime Branch received receipts for the purchase of the bike. Although the gunman had a bicycle, he arrived by car because of an accident during reconnaissance. Therefore, he did not miss the opportunity to shoot on Dussehra day in his car.
Not only this, the bag found by the crime branch during a search of the crime scene on Tuesday belonged to Shiv Kumar. It contained the same pistol that fired bullets at Baba Siddiqui. The pistol is a Turkish-made pistol and belongs to Shivkumar. According to the crime branch, Gumail also fired one shot. However, he was using an Australian Glock pistol, which has also been confiscated.
According to crime branch sources, he did make dozens of inquiries from his home to the office but he did not get any chance. Scrap dealer Harish Nishad was also in Mumbai before the incident, but he fled to Pune before the shooting.
