‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’ review: Kajol brings charm, but overused gags and forced humor sink the show

The episode was hijacked by an over-the-top parody of Ajay Devgn’s upcoming film singham again actor. Kapil’s team modeled Tiger Shroff, Jackie Shroff, Akshay Kumar and Ajay Devgn , although the exaggerated depiction quickly becomes tiresome. Krushna Abhishek’s impersonation of Jackie Shroff was funny for a time but felt overused, while Kiku Sharda’s take on Tiger Shroff Imitation is difficult to achieve the goal.

Surprisingly, even Sunil Grover failed to land his usual punches while imitating Ajay Devgn. along with Dupati Films were barely mentioned and it felt more like “No Patti” as Kriti tried to steer the conversation towards films. Although Shaheer Sheikh is a big TV star, she gets very little screen time, while Kanika Dhillon was almost ignored after her debut.

Kajol, however, adds a refreshing energy that rivals even Archana Puran Singh’s signature laugh. However, Kapil’s usual jokes feel a bit stale, with repeated lines like “Did you ever think you’d come to Kapil’s show?” Makes the humor feel forced.

Overall, this episode great indian kapil show Despite Kajol’s presence, the performance was lackluster. If the show wants to captivate audiences again, it desperately needs fresh material and perhaps a new direction.
