Let’s take a look at its features…

The Tejas MK-1A fighter has been installed with a Digital Fly-By-Wire Flight Control Computer (DFCC). In simple language, this means removing the manual flight controls from the fighter and installing an electronic interface. That is, the computer keeps the aircraft balanced according to the pilot’s instructions while flying.

With this system, radar, elevators, ailerons, flaps and engines are all controlled electronically. Fly-by-wire can stabilize the fighter. This makes the aircraft safer.
