Terrorists killed seven workers in a tunnel under construction in Ganderbal, Jammu and Kashmir. Dr Shahnawaz Ahmed Dar, a resident of Budgam, was also killed in the attack. He and his daughter had only been married for 12 days, and it was the first time he went to his husband’s house to pick up his daughter back to her parents’ home. Dr. Shahnawaz’s son told reporters that his father went to work in this tunnel six days ago.
When the mortal remains of Dr Shahnawaz arrived at Nadigam village in Budgam on Monday, the entire village gathered to pay their respects to him. His daughter has also arrived home, and he is going to pick her up from her husband’s house. In fact, he only married his daughter 12 days ago. Mohsin, the son of a doctor, told us that six days ago, Dad was locked up in this tunnel in Ganderbal to treat workers because there was no other doctor there.

Seven workers were killed in a terrorist attack on the construction site of a tunnel under construction in Sonamarg in Ganderbal province on Sunday night.
