The case of attack on BJP leader turned out to be fake, he himself had fabricated the false story of firing to implicate his brother

Recently in Sambhal district of Uttar Pradesh, a BJP leader had lodged a report of being shot at in a land dispute. After which the police was investigating the case. Now, the police has found in the investigation that the BJP leader had lodged a fake case. The leader was not attacked. The entire case is of Mohalla Ludhiana of Chandosi police station.

BJP leader had filed a case against his brother and others

The BJP leader had written in his written complaint that his brother, who was coming from Bheji towards Chandosi, along with his friend Dilip and others from the locality, shot him at a deserted place near Sainik Chowk. After which the injured leader Prempal was immediately taken to the hospital by the police. Where during the examination, he was referred to Higher Secondary Hospital.

The BJP leader had said in his statement that he was attacked on 27th July at 10 am while he was coming from Bahjoi to his home in Chandosi. Dilip Hemant and Shyam Lal shot him in the back due to a land dispute. After which, considering the seriousness of the case, the police presented all the three accused in the court and challan was filed.

Teams were also formed to investigate the case. The surveillance cell was directed to investigate the case. The investigation revealed that BJP leader Prempal had hatched a conspiracy and taken the help of his two other associates Rahul and Jai Veer. With the help of both of them, the BJP leader had got a bullet mark made on his back and got the bullet planted in it.

At present, after the case was found to be false, Dilip, Hemant, Shyamlal have been released from jail following the court’s order. Also, conspirators Prempal, Rahul, Amit, Sharaf were arrested after taking permission from the honourable court. At the same time, a team has been formed to catch the accused Jaiveer. Raids are being conducted to arrest him.
