In the incident that took place on September 6, the police have registered an FIR against accused Alvin Singh and unknown persons under sections of attempt to murder, extortion, assault, abuse and threat. No clue has been found of any of the accused so far. The injured youth has been identified as Shivam. He is the son of Bareilly Bisharatganj police station in-charge.

The accused started demanding expensive liquor
According to the complaint lodged in the police station, Shivam was coming from Noida with his friends. When he felt thirsty, he stopped the car at a shop near Majhola police station in Moradabad. When he went to the shop to get water, the accused Alvin Singh was already sitting there with his friends in a car number UP 21 CL 0021 written by Uttar Pradesh Government. Shivam was buying water when Alvin got down from the car and came near him and asked for liquor.

Climbing the car after being refused
The victim Shivam refused to bring liquor. The accused started abusing him. Then he sat in the car and ran over Shivam. Shivam Dhiman was seriously injured in this. After committing the incident, the accused fled. Shivam was immediately taken to the hospital. Where his condition was very serious, his family took him to Medanta Hospital.

Victim is in coma
Shivam went into a coma due to a head injury. According to SP City Ranvijay Singh, a case has been registered in the matter. He said that the way he was hit, it was clear that he was attacked with intent to kill. Soon the accused will be arrested and further action will be taken.
