The skeleton was found in Ghirundpur village under Hathras Mulsan police station area, the news agency reported. The youngest son of the family filed a complaint before the office of Hathras District Judge Rohit Pandey, alleging that his father was murdered 30 years ago and his two elder brothers and a man from the village buried him. in the house.

Following the orders of DM Pandey, the excavation work began around 9 pm on Thursday in the presence of Hathras police, following which the skeletons were discovered. SHO (Mursan) Vijay Kumar Singh said on Friday that the complainant, Punjabi Singh, had lodged a complaint with the Hathras district magistrate’s office in connection with the murder of his father Buddha Singh.

Skeleton found during excavation

“The youngest son told him that his father Buddha Singh was murdered by his two elder brothers and another person from the village,” the official said. Punjabi Singh was nine years old when his father died, he said. The police chief said that based on the complaint of Punjab Singh, excavation work was carried out at his house on Thursday on the orders of the DM in the case.

“During the excavation, a skeleton was found in his house, which was subsequently sent for post-mortem and DNA test,” he said. “No complaint has been received so far. Further action will be taken based on the DNA report,” he said. .

According to reports, Buddha Singh is a farmer and his wife is named Urmila. The couple has four sons – Pradeep, Mukesh, Bastiram and Punjabi Singh. In 1994, Buddha Singh disappeared from his home and was never found. The complainant’s son, now 39 years old, recounted a dispute between his father and his brother 30 years ago.

He said that in June 1994, he had an argument with his brothers, during which Punjabi Singh was threatened with dire consequences. He then suspected his brother of being involved in his father’s disappearance. He also mentioned in his complaint that he had doubts about where his father was buried.
