An important revelation has been made in the robbery incident that took place in a jewellery showroom in Sultanpur district (28 August). The bike that was used in this incident belonged to Mohammad Naseem, a resident of Kadipur Kotwali area of the district. Actually, Naseem had gone to show his mother Madina Khatoon to a hospital in Jaunpur on 20 August. During this time, his bike was stolen there. After which Naseem went to the police but his FIR was not registered.

Meanwhile, on the eighth day of the bike theft (28 August), a robbery takes place at the jeweler’s shop in Thatheri Bazar of Sultanpur city. After which Sultanpur Police and Jaunpur Police enter. Police of both the districts question Naseem. After questioning, the police take Naseem away. During this time, the police check CCTV cameras from various places.

Naseem’s mother Madina Khatoon said that her son’s bike has not been recovered yet. The police have interrogated her several times. According to Madina Khatoon- On 20th August, Naseem went to Jaunpur hospital with a relative to show me his bike. But his bike was stolen there. After this, on 21st, 22nd and 23rd August, Naseem kept looking for his bike and kept running around to register an FIR. But the FIR was not registered.

According to Naseem’s father Maqbool, his son tried to file an FIR at the police station. But he was told that the UP Police exam is going on right now, you go, your FIR will be registered. In this way, Naseem was turned away.

On August 28, when a robbery takes place in the jewellery showroom, the police force comes to the house. Naseem tells the police the entire incident. According to Naseem’s family, after the robbery, an FIR for bike theft is registered. Today (September 11) Naseem has again gone to Jaunpur to give a statement.

Naseem said that I kept roaming from Sultanpur to Jaunpur for three days but the police did not register a report. The FIR was registered after the robbery. Naseem says that the FIR was registered on the evening of 28 August, that is, on the day of robbery in the jewellery showroom.

It is noteworthy that in the pictures that have come out from the place where Mangesh Yadav’s encounter took place in Sultanpur, some STF officers are seen wearing slippers. They were not even wearing bullet proof jackets. All these things raise questions on this encounter. And one of those things is the Hero Super Splendor bike found at the spot. Which the police has shown to have been recovered from Mangesh. There is no number on this bike. But this bike is connected to another Super Splendor bike stolen from Jaunpur on 20 August. Which belonged to Naseem.

Because, the report of the bike which was stolen in Jaunpur on 20th August was written eight days later on 28th August, the same day when the robbery took place in Sultanpur. And then in the encounter that took place in connection with the robbery, the same Super Splendor bike was seen there. In such a situation, the question is why did the Jaunpur police write the report of bike theft after so many days?
