The Bharatiya Janata Party will hold a major meeting in Delhi today on the UP by-elections, where leaders including Shayogini will be present

By-elections for 10 Northern League seats have led to increased political unrest. The Bharatiya Janata Party will hold a major meeting in New Delhi today. Home Minister Amit Shah, party president JP Nadda, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Uttar Pradesh Deputy Minister can attend the meeting. It is understood that PPP president Bhupendra Chaudhry and state organization general secretary Dharampal will also attend the meeting. During this period, strategies for by-elections can be discussed.

Let us tell you that the Election Commission is yet to announce the by-election date. But the state’s political temperature has begun to rise. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Samajwadi Party, which are in power in the state, mainly face each other. This round of meetings between leaders of the two parties is underway.

These seats will be subject to by-elections

Let us tell you that the by-elections will be held in Karhal, Milkypur, Katehari, Kundarki, Ghaziabad, Khair, Meerapur, Phulpur, Manjhwa and Sisamau in the state. Among them, the Samajwadi Party has 5 seats, the RLD-Nishad Party has 1 seat each, and the Bharatiya Janata Party has 3 seats. But given the way the Samajwadi Party surprised the BJP in the Lok Sabha elections, these by-elections are seen as a litmus test for Yogi Adityanath.

Understand the equation for each seat

The BJP faces many challenges in every seat In the 10 seats where by-elections are going to be held in Uttar Pradesh, the BJP faces many challenges in every seat. The second difficult seat for the BJP after the Akhilesh Yadav riots is Kundarki in Moradabad. Samajwadi Party’s Ziaur Rehman becomes Kundarki MLA in the 2022 assembly elections. He was elected as MP from Sambhal seat in the Lok Sabha elections. The BJP succeeded only once, in the 1993 Kundalji Assembly. In this parliament, the Muslim vote was about 65% and the Hindu vote was about 35%.

Apart from this, Kanpur West Samau seat has fallen vacant due to the conviction of Samajwadi Party MP Irfan Solanki. This is one of the strong seats of the Samajwadi Party and this time the SP can give its ticket to someone from the Irfan Solanki family. At the same time, the sympathy for Irrfan is also evident and hence this seat is one of the difficult ones for the BJP.

SP announces list of 6 candidates

Let us tell you that Samajwadi Party has announced the list of candidates for 6 seats. As per the list, Tej Pratap Yadav has received votes from Akhilesh Yadav’s Karhal assembly seat. Tej Pratap is Akhilesh’s cousin. Meanwhile, Ajit Prasad from Mirkipur in Ayodhya has been named as the candidate. Apart from Ajit, the son of MP Awadhesh Prasad, the Samajwadi Party has also named Naseem Solanki from Sisamau in Kanpur as its candidate people. While Mustafa Siddiqui got a ticket from Pulpur in Prayagraj. Dr. Jyoti Bind got the ticket from Majhwan of Mirzapur and Shobhavati Verma got the ticket from Katehri of Ambedkar Nagar.
