The actor regretted working in Shahrukh’s ‘Jawaan’, said- I regret why I did that role?

Content creator Viraj Ghelani is quite popular on social media. Viraj, who makes people laugh with his funny content, has also worked in Bollywood. He made his Bollywood debut with Vicky Kaushal’s film ‘Govinda Naam Mera’.

After his debut, Viraj got a big opportunity when he did a small cameo in Shahrukh Khan’s film ‘Jawaan’. Now Viraj has shared his experience of working in this film. He said that working on this film of Shahrukh was his ‘worst’ experience.

Influencer regrets working in ‘Jawan’
In The Having Said That Show podcast, Viraj said, ‘Why did I do that role? People were very nice who watched the film for me, but it was the worst experience I have ever had.’

Viraj told why this experience was so bad for him. He said, ‘People there don’t give you any importance because they have Sanjay Dutt and Shahrukh Khan. The working environment there was such that – yes, stand here, do this.’

Viraj also told that some of his friends did not even watch ‘Jawan’ in theatres or on OTT. He told that he had taken his fiancée to watch the film. They waited for Viraj’s scene but Viraj appeared on the screen for only a few moments. Viraj told, ‘But I came and went in a few seconds. I was like a blurred background.’

Worked for 15 days, scenes not kept in the film
Viraj further says, ‘I shot for 10 days in the heat of May, from 12 to 6 in the day in Madh Island. But I saw that they took only half an hour of my first day’s shoot in the film, while they made me work for 15 days. They hire creators and influencers just to create a ruckus.’ Viraj has earlier worked in Vicky Kaushal’s film ‘Govinda Naam Mera’ and web series like ‘Little Things’.

Let us tell you that Deepika Padukone and Nayantara also worked with Shahrukh in ‘Jawaan’ released in September 2023. This film is one of the biggest films of Shahrukh’s career and Bollywood.
