The video of a crowd being crushed by a Thar vehicle in Amroha, Uttar Pradesh is going viral on social media. More than a dozen people have been injured in this incident, including both men and women. The injured have been admitted to the hospital for treatment, where the condition of three youths is said to be critical. At present, all three have been referred to a higher center.
Meanwhile, Amroha police has registered a case against four accused in this case. Police has now started legal action. However, the accused are absconding. Raids are being conducted in search of them. There is a lot of anger among the local people against the accused in the case of crushing by THAR.
According to the information received, the entire incident took place two days ago in Shahbazpur Dor village on Gajraula Highway. In the viral video, youths riding a THAR are seen driving the vehicle over the crowd. At the same time, people are seen running to escape from the THAR. But by then the THAR has crushed dozens of people. Meanwhile, some youths are seen holding each other with sharp weapons.
It is being told that on Monday night, Rakesh Thekedar’s son was passing through Chhadi Mela in a THAR, where his car collided with Chandrapal’s bicycle. After that, the dispute escalated so much that the THAR rider ran away crushing the crowd. Dozens of men and women were injured in this incident, out of which the condition of three is said to be critical.
The relatives of the injured say that the domineering driver ran his Thar over the youths who were coming after watching the Chhadi fair. Sachin, Rajesh, Rahul, Rajpal, Kamala Devi, Chandrapal, Gandhi and many others were injured in this. The doctor of Gajraula CHC referred three of them to Amroha after seeing their critical condition. At present, the police have registered a case and have started legal proceedings. It is being claimed that the accused will be arrested soon.
