An incident of poisonous food being served at a restaurant in Nirmal town in Telangana has come to light. Many people became sick after eating poisonous food. A 19-year-old female school staff member died after eating stale and poisonous food, and four of her colleagues also fell ill. After receiving the information, the police are investigating the entire incident.
It is understood that the deceased was a resident of Madhya Pradesh. The deceased worked in the kitchen of a school in Bosemandal in Telangana’s Adilabad district. On Nov. 2, he had dinner at a hotel with four other school employees. After eating the food, everyone’s health deteriorated. Everyone was taken to the hospital after their health deteriorated. The school principal has complained to the police about the incident.

In a complaint filed later, the principal said that upon returning to the stall that night, he complained of vomiting and diarrhea. After the female employee vomited, she was sent to the local community health service center for treatment on November 3. During the treatment, doctors there told her that the woman’s health had deteriorated due to eating poisonous food.
The principal said the woman died on November 5 due to vomiting and diarrhea. The principal claimed that the food served in the restaurant was stale and as a result some employees became sick and one of them died.
The police are investigating the matter
Based on the complaint, an FIR has been registered against the restaurant at the Bose police station, a police officer said. He said the matter was taken seriously and handed over to Nirmal police station. He said the matter was under investigation and strict action would be taken against whoever was accused.
