Tamil Nadu Governor Ravindra Narayan Ravi made a major allegation. He said that a special narrative had been prepared to depict Lord Ram as a North Indian god. He said that the cultural heritage of the youth was being deprived and it was a result of artificial social engineering and cultural genocide. He also said that those who had once opposed Sanatan Dharma had now become silent.

What did Governor Ravi say?

He said there is a saying that Ram is a North Indian God but he is not from here (Tamil Nadu). He said it is not that people in Tamil Nadu do not know Ram. Shri Ram is everywhere. There is no place in Tamil Nadu without his footprint and he lives in the hearts of everyone including the people of Tamil Nadu. The Governor claimed that the youth are being deprived of our cultural and spiritual heritage. This is an artificial social engineering to try to create a separate identity through cultural genocide and try to make us retain nothing about this country and the past.

The governor claimed that people started attacking Sanatan Dharma and gave it names like virus, dengue and malaria. Then suddenly they became silent. Now no one is talking about opposing Sanatan Dharma.
