The West Bengal Police on Monday said that the ‘Nabanna Abhiyaan’ demonstration organised by students demanding the resignation of Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is illegal. The police said that no permission has been taken for the demonstration scheduled for Tuesday, August 27, and based on intelligence inputs, violence and chaos are expected during this demonstration.
