Arvind Kejriwal got bail but is his arrest legal or illegal? SC judges have different opinions
The Supreme Court has granted conditional bail to Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party national convenor Arvind Kejriwal in the corruption case registered by the CBI in the alleged excise policy scam. Two Supreme Court judges also had different opinions on this bail issue. While reading out the verdict, Supreme Court Justice Suryakant said,
