UP: Arrested for extorting money from shopkeepers by claiming to be SOG, car with hooter and police sticker recovered
In Sambhal district of Uttar Pradesh, police have arrested a fake SOG constable who was extorting money from shopkeepers by intimidating them. Police also recovered a police baton and diary from the accused’s Desire car. The car had a police sticker and a hooter. There were continuous complaints about him from shopkeepers and local people,
