Kanpur: Deputy director drowned in Ganga river, divers kept transferring 10 thousand rupees instead of saving his life
A shameful incident has come to light from Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The diver was not ready to rescue a person without taking money, due to which Aditya Vardhan Singh, Deputy Director of Health Department, died by drowning. His friends asked for help from the divers, but the divers demanded 10 thousand rupees. By the time
