The Mamata government is deeply embroiled in the rape-murder case of a trainee doctor at Kolkata’s RG Kar Hospital and Medical College. There are continuous protests against the state government. Amidst all this, the state government has called a two-day special session of the Bengal Assembly on Monday. During this special session, a bill will
