Barmer: The wife and daughter of a Padma Shri awardee cheated on their husband and the fraudsters took away gold worth one lakh dollars on the pretext of polishing jewellery.
The deceased Padmashree was located in the posh area of Barmer district headquarters. A major robbery was carried out by thugs in broad daylight at the house of Magraj Jain.
