In Agra, UP, a Haryana policeman tied a prisoner in handcuffs and went to see the Taj Mahal. During this time the policeman had not even caught the prisoner. Both the policeman and the prisoner were walking together. However, the prisoner and the policeman did not get entry into the Taj Mahal.
