Filmmaker Subhash Ghai has given many memorable and iconic films to Indian cinema. Subhash, who has made films like ‘Karz’, ‘Hero’, ‘Karma’, ‘Ram Lakhan’ and ‘Khalnayak’, is called the second ‘showman’ of Bollywood.

However, now Subhash Ghai has said that he does not like this title given to himself. In an interesting conversation, he said many things about the actors with whom he has worked in his iconic films. And in this conversation, Subhash did not seem to miss any point in expressing his views.

Jackie Shroff is a ‘bad actor’
Subhash, who appeared in season 2 of Bollywood actor Arbaaz Khan’s YouTube show ‘The Invincible’, talked fearlessly about the actors he had worked with. Subhash Ghai, who launched Jackie Shroff with his film ‘Hero’, called him a ‘bad actor’.

In a promo released from Arbaaz’s show, Subhash said, ‘There are five types of actors, sir. One is a non-actor, and one is a bad actor. Jackie Shroff was a bad actor. The actor was Anil Kapoor… the one who was overconfident was always Shatrughan Sinha.

Talking about Shatrughan Sinha, popularly known as ‘Shotgun’, Subhash further said, ‘Shatrughan’s biggest problem was that he never reached on time.’

Subhash had worked with Jackie Shroff and Anil Kapoor in his films ‘Karma’, ‘Ram Lakhan’ and ‘Trimurti’. With veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha, Subhash has made films like ‘Kalicharan’, ‘Vishwanath’ and ‘Gautam Govinda’.

When Shahrukh fought with Subhash Ghai
Subhash Ghai has made a great film like ‘Pardes’ with Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan. Talking about his equation with King Khan, Subhash said, ‘Like when I worked with Shahrukh in Pardes, I used to keep having arguments with him, Tu Tu-Main Main.’

Subhash had also told in a conversation with Arbaaz that after his film ‘Karz’ with Rishi Kapoor in 1980, he had decided that he would not make a picture with any current star of his era, ‘if the picture is to be made as real. So it is.’

The promos of this interview of Subhash with Arbaaz are very explosive type. These promos are telling that their entire conversation is going to be even more fun. Subhash has not given any big hit to the industry in the last 20 years. But before 2005, he has given many films as a writer-director and producer.
