Suicide case of Atul Subhash.
You all know Artificial Intelligence software engineer Atul Subhash Case. Now Nikita Singhania’s cousin, Sushil Singhania’s son, has also come forward in the matter. He said – Nikita is very smart in reading and writing. She was the only woman in her family to be so educated. She is the only woman in her family who works in the city. The elder brother said – no matter what happens to brother-in-law Atul, it is very unfortunate.
He said – Nikita is my cousin. After completing her studies at St. John’s Public School and Tilakdhari PG College, Nikita continued her higher education and pursued an MBA from Jaipur Institute of Management. She then married Atul in 2019. The two had some arguments and Nikita returned to Jaunpur. But currently she lives in Delhi. During this period, she often visited her parents’ house with her son Wim.
Sushil Singhania’s son said: “My father was unnecessarily involved in this case. “Nikita’s father had great respect for my father. I also feel very sad about Atul’s case. But we don’t want to say anything about it. All I know is that my father had nothing to do with this case. He is very old. They should not be subjected to unnecessary harassment. We don’t know where he is at this time. The only tension is that no matter where you are, you should be safe.

Uncle gets bail from High Court
In the Atul suicide case, the accused Nikita Singhania, Nisha and Anurag are currently in jail. But where is the fourth accused, Nikita’s uncle Sushil Singhania? No one knows about this. However, he has been granted bail from the Prayagraj High Court. Now the police cannot arrest them. Even if she does, she can be released by paying Rs 50,000 through a lawyer.
Sushil’s uncle’s name also appears in some documents related to the Atul v. Nikita case that is pending before the Jaunpur family court. Nikita’s uncle claimed that Atul’s parents demanded a dowry of Rs 10 lakh from Nikita’s father Manoj Singhania. Afterwards, Nikita’s father went into shock. Then Manoj passed away in 2019.
Sushil uncle is absconding
Atul called all these accusations baseless. He made a video on December 9th. In this case, Atul has accused his wife Nikita, mother-in-law Nisha, brother-in-law Anurag and uncle-in-law Sushil Singhania of abetment to suicide. He also accused Jaunpur family court judges Rita Kaushik and Peshkar Madhav of demanding bribes. He also left a 24-page suicide note. In this case, Atul’s brother Vikas filed an FIR against the four accused with the Bengaluru police. Three people have been arrested so far. He has been in judicial custody for 15 days. Sushil uncle absconded.
