After this, Uttarakhand Police informed this to Ayodhya Kotwali City. Then the panel of doctors conducted his post-mortem. Investigation revealed that Bhaskar had suffered a heart attack. Many questions are being raised on Uttarakhand Police regarding this custodial death. Now Samajwadi Party has directly targeted the BJP government regarding this.

Demand for compensation of Rs 1 crore to the family

Former SP minister Tej Narayan alias Pawan Pandey said, in the matter of custodial death, wherever Bharatiya Janata Party is in power, atrocities are taking place. Atrocities are taking place. People are being murdered in police stations. This is a huge atrocity. Samajwadi Party has always raised its voice against this. Our demand is that the government should give a compensation of Rs 1 crore to the family of the deceased child.

A case should be registered against the policeman

Along with this, a case should be registered against the officer and policeman who died in custody. He should be arrested. He should be sent to jail. It is the job of the court to give punishment. The way police officers commit injustice in the Bharatiya Janata Party government. People are taken to the police station and beaten, strict action should be taken against them. Samajwadi Party condemns this.
