In the startup’s DorOS, users will have access to 24 OTT apps and over 300 digital TV channels. For this, the company charges a monthly subscription fee of Rs 799. This subscription-based TV operating system will challenge Tata Play, Airtel Xstream TV and others. The TV operating system offers an artificial intelligence search feature that will help users easily select their favorite entertainment programs.

4K OLED TV

Streambox also launched 4K QLED TVs equipped with the operating system, available in 43-inch, 55-inch and 65-inch sizes. Among them, the 43-inch model will be available on the e-commerce platform Flipkart from December 1, 2024. The other two models can be purchased starting next year. The company will charge Rs 10,799 for this. Among them, the one-time activation fee is Rs 9,999 and the monthly TV subscription fee is Rs 799. Users will get the first month of their TV subscription for free. At the same time, users will have to pay a monthly fee of Rs 799 for the next 12 months. Thereafter, users will be able to customize the plans as per their convenience.
