In Neemuch district of Madhya Pradesh, a government school was made chalkless thanks to a teacher. By doing many innovations in the school, it has created a unique identity not only in the district but in the entire state. All the classes of the school are conducted with the help of smart boards.
We are talking about Government Secondary School Thadoli, located 15 km away from Neemuch district headquarters. Due to the innovations of teacher Nirmal Rathore, today all the teachers in the school teach using smart boards, YouTube and ICT extensively. They also upload the activities happening in the school on YouTube and send it to the parents.
Many other innovations have been done here, in which the walls have been painted with better paint to make the school fear-free and an attractive garden has also been made. In the garden, to make the children remember general knowledge, the names of persons and officers holding constitutional posts have been written on the plants. The children memorize them automatically by reading them daily.
In this regard, a library has been built in the school which has been praised by the district and capital Bhopal officials. Not only this, the school also has its own band which is trained by the teachers. Now the children run this band.
The school dress code is also very beautiful and attractive. This school also has a house concept meaning house dress, house activities. All the children have digital ID cards. The school also has a pattern of homework diary, which has been arranged with public cooperation.
Inspired by the school of Thadoli village, many schools of the cluster and development block have adopted these innovations. For this, teacher Nirmal Rathore has also been honored with the Governor’s Award.
