A surprising case was discovered in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. A 5-year-old girl urinated on her bed and her stepmother branded her with a hot spoon. Based on the complaint of the girl’s father, the police have registered a case and arrested the accused stepmother. The police said that further action will be taken after investigating the matter.
Information shows that Shubham Magare, a native of Jalna district, lives in a rented house in Hatkanag Tesilkasarwadi village in Kolhapur district with his wife Pooja and 5-year-old daughter Rani. This is Shubham’s second marriage to Pooja. Shubham’s first wife has a daughter who wants to live with her father Shubham.

Used to slap someone to create fear
Shubham Magre has filed a complaint against his wife Pooja Magre at Shiroli MIDC police station. According to the complaint, daughter Rani urinated and defecated on the bed at night. Pooja was troubled by this behavior and soiled her five-year-old daughter by heating a spoon. She also slapped her daughter’s body to create fear in her mind.

After this, the police registered a case under Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice Act, 2015 for assault, abandonment, neglect or cruelty to a child and arrested stepmother Pooja. Meanwhile, the police said that they are investigating the matter. Further action will be taken after this.
