Trinamool Congress (TMC) leader Santanu Sen has been removed from the post of party spokesperson. Shantanu had criticized the principal of RG Kar Medical College, Kolkata and the state health department after the rape and murder of a trainee doctor. Shantanu said, “Through the media I have come to know that I have been removed from the post of party spokesperson, I would like to say that I have worked like a soldier in all the battles of TMC and even today I am working in the same way. “I am.”
He further said that I would like to say two things, whenever I gave a statement as a spokesperson, I neither said anything against the party nor against any leader. I will say the same thing that I said on the first day. News related to the health department is not properly conveyed to the CM and Health Minister Mamata Banerjee.
