SSC MTS Exam 2024: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the exam dates for Multi-Tasking (Non-Technical) Staff and Havildar (CBIC and CBN) Exam 2024. Candidates who will appear in this examination can see the notice by visiting the official website of the Commission, ssc.gov.in. SSC MTS exam will be conducted from September to November 2024.
Exam Date and Selection Process
As per the notice, SSC MTS 2024 exam will be conducted from September 30 to November 14, 2024. The selection process will consist of Computer Based Examination (CBE) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/Physical Standard Test (PST). PET and PST are only for the post of Havildar. At the same time, the error correction window in the application will open on August 16 and will close on August 17, 2024.
SSC MTS vacancies increased
It is noteworthy that SSC has increased the number of Multi-Tasking Staff (Non-Technical) posts from 4,887 to 6,144. With a total of 3,439 Havildar posts, the total number of posts to be filled through MTS and Havildar Exam 2024 has now reached 9,583.
When did the applications close?
Let us tell you that it was necessary to pass the final examination of class 10 or its equivalent examination from a recognized board. Candidates aged between 18 to 25 years could apply for the post of MTS. For Havildar post, the age limit of the candidates was between 18 to 27 years. Age relaxation was given to reserved category candidates. Registrations for this recruitment exam closed on August 3, 2024.
