Rivers are in spate due to heavy rains in Gujarat. A total of 49 dams in Gujarat have become full, in view of which the administration has issued a high alert. More than 90 percent water has been stored in the Sardar Sarovar Dam, the lifeblood of Gujarat, due to which four gates of the dam had to be opened.
