Former cabinet minister of Bihar government Shyam Rajak has said goodbye to the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD). Along with this, he has also resigned from the post of general secretary. Shyam Rajak left Janata Dal United (JDU) and joined RJD before the Bihar assembly elections held in 2020. However, once again there is speculation about his joining Nitish Kumar’s party Janata Dal United.

Shyam Rajak has given a deep message in his resignation by referring to chess and pieces. He said that I was not an expert chess player. That is why I got cheated.

Shyam Rajak, while resigning, wrote that I am resigning from the post of National General Secretary of Rashtriya Janata Dal and the primary membership of the party. Along with this, he also gave a message, in which he wrote that “I was not fond of chess, that is why I got cheated, you were moving the pawns, I was maintaining relations.”

Shyam Rajak said that the development that should have happened in Phulwari Sharif did not happen, I am sad about this, the public is also sad about this. I had access to the kitchens of the people of Phulwari Sharif. But I am sad about the lack of development there.

Shyam Rajak said that I do politics with honesty, I was a member of RJD till yesterday, so even thinking about another party was a sin for me. Today I have resigned, all options are open for me. I will think about which party I should work with to achieve my vision.

He said that I will take a week’s time for this. I will discuss about which party can prove to be more effective for the development of Phulwari Sharif. Shyam Rajak said that if this decision is not taken then he can also retire from politics.
