Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Eidgah dispute: Trial begins in Allahabad High Court, Hindu parties submit 17 key points to the court

On the lines of Ayodhya dispute, the trial of Mathura Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi and Shahi Eidgah dispute also started in Allahabad High Court from Monday. On the first day, the Hindu parties presented their proposals for cause points to the court. Till now, 17 major points have been given to the court by the Hindu parties to decide the cause points. On the basis of which the court will now proceed with the hearing of the pending cases. The hearing took place for about 45 minutes in the single bench of Justice Mayank Kumar Jain from 2:00 pm to 2.45 pm.

However, in the hearing, an objection was filed by the Shahi Idgah Mosque Committee and a request was made to postpone the hearing of the case. Shahi Idgah Mosque Committee and Waqf Board argued in the court that the matter is still pending in the Supreme Court. The Muslim side also appealed not to trial the cases until the Supreme Court’s decision. However, the Hindu side told the court that the Supreme Court has not stayed the trial. Therefore, the trial of the cases should continue. Hindu parties say that all the cause points given by them in the court are evidential and factual.

During the hearing in Allahabad High Court, Supreme Court advocate Reena N Singh appeared on behalf of plaintiff Kaushal Kishore Thakur in case number seven. He has presented the case in the court on 17 points. Now the court will conduct the trial of the case on the basis of these issues.

Advocate Reena N Singh said that the disputed property is under the protection of ASI. Before the country became independent, it came under the protection of ASI in 1920. He has said that the sanctum sanctorum of the temple is also the property of ASI. Can any private person buy or sell it like this? He has also challenged the 1968 agreement in the suit.

Regarding the claim of Shahi Idgah Committee and Waqf Board, it was said that everyone knows when Islam was born. Advocate Reena N Singh says that there is a lot of evidence and evidence in favor of Hindus. He says that the trial of the case has started. Now all the facts related to the case will be presented in the court from time to time. Advocate Reena N Singh has expressed hope that she is confident that the decision will be in favor of Hindus.
