Krishna birthplace controversy.
In the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi-Shahi Eidgah dispute case in Mathura, the Allahabad High Court on Wednesday delivered its judgment on the recall petition on the part of the Muslims and dismissed the recall petition. The Muslim side has filed a recall petition challenging the January 11, 2024 order. Recall applications have been filed against 15 petitions. Earlier on October 16, the Allahabad High Court had reserved its verdict while hearing the case.
While delivering the judgment on Wednesday, single-judge bench of Allahabad High Court Mayank Kumar Jain said that the high court will hear all 15 cases together. The High Court rejected the Muslim side’s request to hear all proceedings separately.
