Case was also registered against SP government
Before the Gomti Nagar incident, cases were registered against him even in Akhilesh Yadav’s government. The information of which has come to light during the investigation by the police. A total of 606/22, 722/17, 850/16, 176/19, 738/22, 353/24 cases are registered against Pawan Yadav under IPC.
DW warrant was also issued for not appearing in court
In this case, Police DCP East Zone Shashank Singh says that Pawan was at the site of the incident and is also in the CCTV footage. His arrest was made on the basis of evidence. A charge sheet has been filed against Pawan in the case. In the case of assault and stone pelting registered in Gomti Nagar in 2017, Pawan was not attending the court date, hence the Special Judge State had also issued a DW warrant against him.
