Srinagar, September 25: The Jammu and Kashmir government on Wednesday ordered the transfer of Shobit Saxena, IPS, SSP (Headquarters) CID and appointed him as Senior Inspector General of Police, Kathua Deputy Deepika.
The transfer and release has been ordered in the interest of administration and with the approval of the Election Commission of India (ECI).
“In the interest of administration and subject to the approval of the Election Commission of India, Shri Shobit Saxena, IPS, SSP (Hqrs) CID is hereby transferred and appointed as Senior Superintendent of Police, Kathua Deputy Superintendent of Police Ms. Deepika, IPS, who will be awaited at the Police Headquarters Further appointments,” read an order, a copy of which is located in Greater Kashmir.
