Sharda is grieving over her husband’s death
It is reported that Sharda’s husband Brijkishore Sinha passed away on September 22 this year. He is 80 years old. He passed away from this world due to a cerebral hemorrhage. Sharda and Brij Kishore have been married for 54 years. After her husband’s death, Sharda was devastated and fell ill. Sharda shared a post on Instagram expressing how much she misses her husband. Sinha Saheb wrote: Sinha Saheb, I miss you so much. Why did you take all my hair and walk away?
Biography of Sharda Sinha
Sharda was born on October 1, 1952, from Samastipur, Bihar. Shada was born into a musical family and received classical music education from an early age. He sang many folk songs in Bhojpuri and Maithili. Sharda started her career in 1980 with All India Radio and Doordarshan. But he became popular for singing Chhath festival songs.
Sharda has sung some famous Bollywood songs including “Kahe To Se Sajna” from Salman Khan’s “Maine Pyar Kiya”, “Babul” from Salman and Madhuri Dixit’s “Hum Aapke Hain Koun” and Anurag Kashyap’s ” Songs from Gangs of Wasseypur 2”. Taar Bijli Se Patale’ is also included. He also sang a song in Nitin Neera Chandra’s film “Deswa”. Sharda was awarded the Padma Shri in 1992, the Padma Shri in 2018 and the Padma Shri in 2006.
