Second-year student dies in Hathras, body recovered from school principal’s car, FIR against 5 people

A second-year student studying in a hostel of a private school in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh, died under mysterious circumstances. A case has been registered against five people, including the school principal, in this matter. The student’s father, Krishna Kushwaha, has accused him of murder. He said there were marks on his son’s body. After the death of an innocent person, the family is in an uproar. There was also a scuffle with the police.

According to the complaint lodged with the police, Krishna Kushwaha received a call from the school administration on Monday informing him that his son (11) was sick. When Kushwahar reached the school, people present told him that school principal Dinesh Baghel had taken his son to the hospital in a car.

Regarding the incident, circle officer Himanshu Mathur said on Wednesday that Father Krishna Kushwaha had claimed in his complaint that he recovered his son’s body from Dinesh Baghel’s car. Krishna Kushwaha holds Dinesh Baghel and four unidentified persons responsible for his son’s death.

Five people, including Dinesh Baghel, have been named in the case. An FIR has been registered at Sahpau police station and investigation is on. Meanwhile, the body of the minor student has been sent for autopsy.

When the family arrived at the school, they learned that the school principal had taken his son to the hospital in a car. Information about the incident has been provided to police. Police surrounded and arrested the school principal and car, and found the bodies of the students. How the student died will only be known after the autopsy report is released.
