Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut has made an important statement in connection with the Baba Siddiqui murder case. Taking a dig at the government, Sanjay Raut said, “If you have the courage, go and meet the man who shot at Baba Siddiqui, he is the mastermind of this incident.” Let us tell you, NCP (Ajit) leader and former minister Baba Siddiqui was shot dead late on the night of October 12.
Baba Ziauddin Siddiqui, who started his electoral journey from the Congress party, joined the Ajit Pawar faction and became the leader of the National Congress Party (NCP), was dismissed on Saturday Three attackers shot and killed. His son Zeshan Siddiqui narrowly escaped the attack. The attack took place when Baba Siddiqui and his son were heading to his office in Nirmal Nagar, Bandra. He was taken to hospital with serious gunshot wounds but could not be saved.
How was Baba Siddiqui murdered?
The incident took place on the day of Dussehra (August 12). NCP leader Baba Siddiqui sits in his office in Bandra, Mumbai. People were setting off firecrackers outside. Baba Siddiqui was attacked around 9 pm amid the sound of firecrackers. Three men with their faces covered with handkerchiefs suddenly got out of the car and fired six shots in rapid succession. Among them, three bullets hit Baba Siddiqui. As soon as the bullet hit, Baba Siddiqui fell to the ground. He was rushed to Lilavati Hospital where doctors declared him dead. Police arrested two accused. A raid is underway to search for a third person. If the source is to be believed, links have been found indicating that the shooter was a member of Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang. A post was posted on social media. It was later deleted. The article claimed that Lawrence Gan was responsible for the murder. The murder has been blamed on actor Salman Khan.

“Trying to kill people with pepper spray”
Sources said the defendant was carrying pepper spray. The accused tried to kill Baba by spraying him with spray, but before that could happen, Shiva opened fire. As the sprayer is Dharamraj Kashyap, he is now in police custody.
“No special category of security”
Police sources also said that Baba Siddiqui did not have any special category of security but three police personnel used to stay with him to ensure safety. He was also with them yesterday but there was nothing he could do during the incident. Another worker was also shot in the leg.
