Samsung on Tuesday announced that it will open pre-orders for its flagship Galaxy tablet ahead of its upcoming launch in India. Potential buyers can pre-order the tablet at a nominal price and avail early access offers, in addition to being among the first to get the tablet after the launch. The news comes amid rumours that the Galaxy Tab S10 series could debut soon, with renders and specifications having already surfaced online.
Samsung Galaxy Tablet Pre-Order
Samsung has announced in a press release that its upcoming flagship Galaxy tablet is now up for pre-order. Buyers can pre-order it at a price of Rs 1,000. Apart from receiving the tablet in the first few days after the launch, they will also avail benefits worth Rs 3,499.
Pre-orders can be made on Samsung’s website, Samsung Smart Café India, e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart, and Samsung authorised retail stores across India.
While the tech group did not reveal details about the upcoming tablets, the teaser suggests that they will be equipped with Galaxy AI – the company’s suite of artificial intelligence (AI) features. The tablets are speculated to be the Galaxy Tab S10 series, which is rumored to debut this year and include two models: the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10+ and the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 series specifications (expected)
Samsung Galaxy Tab S10+ and Galaxy S10 Ultra will reportedly come with 12.3-inch and 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X displays. The Galaxy Tab S10+ is expected to come with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra may come with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage.
In terms of optics, the Galaxy Tab S10+ is expected to feature a single 12-megapixel front-facing camera, while the Ultra model may come with dual 12-megapixel selfie cameras. Both tablets are reportedly equipped with dual rear camera units on the back, including a 13-megapixel main camera and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S10+ may come with a 10,090mAh battery, while the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra may come with an 11,200mAh battery.
