Renault launches three models at the same time, starting at Rs 4.99 lakh

Renault has introduced new ‘Night and Day’ special editions for its entire range of models in the country, including the Kwid, Triber and Kiger. The new limited editions introduce several additional features and visual enhancements compared to the standard trims. Bookings for the Renault Night and Day editions will begin tomorrow, September 17, at the company’s authorised dealerships.

Special features of night and day versions:

Based on the RXL variant of Triber, RXL (O) variant of Kiger and Kwid, the Day and Night editions are introduced in a special dual-tone colour (black roof paired with Pearl White). All three variants get piano black wheel arches, grille inserts, badges, ORVMs (Kiger and Triber) and a black tailgate garnish on the Kiger.

The company has also updated the cabin of the special edition and added new features. It has a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system. Apart from this, features like wireless smartphone charger, rear-view camera, power windows, etc. are included. The company said that only 1,600 units of this special edition will be sold.

Power and Performance:

The cars have not undergone any mechanical changes. Like before, the Kwid gets a 1.0-litre petrol engine that produces 68 bhp of power with a manual gearbox and AMT options. Whereas the Triber has a naturally aspirated petrol engine of 1.0-litre capacity. It produces 72 bhp of power. This engine is available with both manual and automatic gearbox options. Apart from this, the Renault Kiger also has a 1.0-litre petrol engine that produces 72 bhp of power. It is available with both manual and automatic gearbox options.
