Xiaomi is already ready for the Redmi Note 14 series. This mid-budget smartphone series will be launched in India next month. The company has released a teaser of the phone via its social media handle. Previously, Xiaomi has confirmed that the new Redmi Note series will be launched in the Indian market in December. The company will launch another budget 5G smartphone, the Redmi A4 5G, in India tomorrow (November 20). This will be the first phone launched in India to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 chip. Additionally, this will be the company’s cheapest 5G phone yet.
Xiaomi India has shared a teaser of the Redmi Note 14 series via the X controller. The company did not mention the name of any of its models in the teaser. The upgraded model of the Redmi Note 13 series launched at the beginning of the year is also equipped with a 200MP camera. Apart from this, there are many more upgrades to the series. In the teaser released by Xiaomi, the company said “Are you ready for a noteworthy reveal?” written, which suggests that the company is talking about the Note series.
In addition, the poster also shows the camera module on the back of the phone. Which can give a center aligned camera design. In the Redmi Note 14 series, apart from the base model, the company could also launch Redmi Note 14 Pro and Redmi Note 14 Pro+. The smartphone series has recently been launched in the Chinese market. However, the hardware of the variants launched in India may differ significantly.
Redmi Note 14 series
The highest-end model of the Redmi Note 14 series can be equipped with a 200MP Sony IMX882 main camera sensor. Meanwhile, other models will be equipped with a 50MP main camera. This series of smartphones can run on HyperOS 2 based on Android 15, with the Android 15 update coming soon. These phones will be equipped with a 6.67-inch curved design OLED panel with a resolution of 1.5K. The Pro+ model comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor. At the same time, other models can be equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultra.
Redmi series products can reach IP69 protection level and will not damage the phone even under water. Apart from this, the phone also comes with a powerful battery of up to 6,200mAh. The Base and Pro models can provide 45W fast charging, and the Pro Plus model can support 90W fast charging. An in-display fingerprint sensor could be available in the phone.
